A few days ago my guildie and friends explored almost the whole fissure(never finished the hydra part).

We found some NPCs. Forgot the name but I remember the locations. At the beach with the ancient skales there is a ghost NPC that looks exactly like the one at the start of fissure. We tried to talk to him didn't get anything

Neither does mob aggro him.

And at the temple Eternal Lord Taeres doesn't die sometimes. Anyone know why? I tried to talk to him when he didn't die. Didn't get anything out of it too... There was once we aggroed some mobs outside and ran back to the temple. Taeres died but we weren't booted out of fissure. So I am guessing he is useless?

And just outside the temple near the spider cave. There is a level2 ranger that do nothing....

I can't remember the names of all the quests.... But so far I found all this quests at fissure.

1) The first one where u bring the ghost to the arena looking place and kill the shadow lord.
2) Wailing Lord
3) Escort the griffons back to the ghost at the arena
4) Army of Darkness
5) Restore the Temple(?)
6) Defend the temple(?)
7) Seeds of Corruption(?)
8) Khobay The Betrayer
9) Slaves of Menzies( the only quest I didn't finish but found

)

Is that all there is to fissure? Or there is more? Cos by the time we finished up to salves of menzies we almost want to faint. And had 2 disconnects.

As far as I am concerned, the aforementioned NPCs seem redundant, too bad because we could really use the help of Nimros The Hunter (lvl2 Ranger xD, sexiest ranger ever btw). Anybody willing to spare some information on the 2 new quests? As in where to get them and what to watch out for? Any great rewards? (apart from exp -_-). I have a hunch Anet has hidden a collector or 2 somewhere in fissure. Or at least someone that crafts obsidian/ectoplasm.

Khobay the Betrayer is given by the Eternal Forge guy after you defend the temple.

Slaves of Menzies is given around the valley with hydras and smoke walkers.

Those are the 2 new quests. They only give 10k exp each as reward

They fixed it so that Eternal Lord Taeres doesn't immediately suicide after finishing the defend the temple of war quest. He just patrols around like all the others.

Betrayer quest is rather easy, but something to be aware of, the drakes near the goal cast obsidian flesh.
